ORDERING
It's very easy to order a T-shirt on this site. And the information that is transferred is done on a SECURED page. This means that the information is encrypted. Even if someone was able to see the information, it would be all jumbled up and nobody would be able to understand it. You can tell the page is secured because the page location starts off with "https". The "s" stands for "secure". So if you want to order just go to the menu in the black box and press the order button. A new window will open. Just fill out the form and hit "send". We'll do the rest. Since you are not ordering the shirts directly from the selected Harley-Davidson dealer, you, the buyer, are authorizing KewlStuff Inc. to act as an agent for you to secure the shirts you selected. But if you don't want to order, that's just fine. Enjoy the shirt graphics that we have collected here!
WARRANTIES & RETURNS
KewlStuff Inc. warrants that the merchandise presented on these pages are genuine & authorized Harley-Davidson T-shirts. These shirts are all made of 100% cotton and have the finest quality stencil available today. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description hereof, express or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. KewlStuff Inc. does not stock merchandise at our facility. These T-shirts are shipped directly from the customer selected Harley-Davidson dealership. Merchandise may be exchanged only. There are no cash refunds. In the unlikely event that your shirt back graphic is not as depicted on our site, your merchandise may be exchanged for the correct one, at no additional charge, or you may obtain a full refund. The shirt to be exchanged must be sent to KewlStuff Inc., PO Box 177, Brightwaters, NY 11718-0177. Shirts must be in "as received" condition with the merchandise tags still intact. Customer exchanges must follow the following procedure:
  • Send an e-mail message here FIRST and include:
    • Your intention to send the shirt to KewlStuff Inc.
    • The name of the person who purchased the shirt.
    • The address of the person who purchased the shirt.
    • The address where the shirt was sent.
    • The telephone number (including area code) of the person who ordered the shirt.
    • The Harley-Davidson dealership where the shirt was sent from.
    • The invoice number from our Emailed reply when the shirt was first ordered.
    • The reason for the return.
  • Wait for a return e-mail from KewlStuff Inc. which is to be included with the shipment to KewlStuff Inc. This e-mail should be received by you within 2 business days. If not send e-mail here.
  • Package the shirt in the box that was used to send the shirt to you and address it to KewlStuff Inc., PO Box 177, Brightwaters, NY 11718-0177.
  • Exchanges for different back graphics, include $8 for shipping and handling with any shirt price difference with the shipment, in check or money-order, made payable to KewlStuff Inc. NOTICE: A $20 bounce check fee will be imposed for any checks returned as uncollectable. Shirts will be held for a maximum of 30 days until this fee is paid. Unpaid bounced check fees will be paid through the resale of the exchanged shirt.
  • If your exchanged shirt has not arrived in 10 weeks, send e-mail here. Status will be checked and a you will get a response within 2 business days.

  • KewlStuff Inc. will forward all information to the proper authorities. And my lawyer just wanted me to add this little morsel: You could receive imprisonment for ten years and a $10,000 fine just for the attempt. The Secret Service is a criminal law enforcement agency which operates under the provisions of Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 3056. Under Section 3056, Subsection (b), the Secret Service is specifically authorized to detect and arrest any person who violates federal criminal laws relating to coins, obligations, and securities of the United States and foreign governments, electronic fund transfers, credit or debit card fraud, false identification documents or devices, and certain laws relating to financial institutions. Additionally, pursuant to Title 18 of the United States Code, Sections 1029 and 1030, the Secret Service is specifically charged with the authority to investigate offenses concerning fraud and related activity in connection with computers and/or access devices.   • All outstanding balances shall bear compound interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
  • Litigation between the parties will result in the losing party paying all reasonable counsel, filing fees and costs incurred by the prevailing party.
  • And if that isn't enough, KewlStuff Inc., with the help of the adressee's local Harley-Davidson dealership, will persue all claims of fraud against it, and hunt you down like the dogs that you are.
